Edith Coombes of 54 Kent Road, wife of James Coombes (Purchaser)

Plot on E side of Victoria Road and fronting to Beech Grove, Harrogate, 1,800 sq yds (part of a plot demised by Lease 29th January 1874), bounded E by Beech Grove formerly part of the 200 acres Stray, W by Victoria Road, N by other part of land demised by Lease formerly belonging to James Johnson but lately by Rawson Kelly, and S by land of James Husband, as per attached plan. Also the house called One Ash, with the cottage, stables, coachhouses and other buildings, recently occupied by Thomas Barraclough.
