Plot of land in Albert Street, Harrogate, containing 1160 sq yds bounded N by a back road, S by Albert Street, E by property formerly belonging to Richard Ellis but now by Thomas Fleming Clayton, W by property late of Rebecca Pickard but now by Mrs Thackwray, and the building formerly called Peoples Hotel but now the Clarence Hotel but now known as the Salisbury Hotel, together with the 6 lock-up shops (formerly 4 lock-up shops and the saloon) under the same and other buildings on the plot, and now occupied by Miss Wilcox and the 6 shops occupied by the purchaser (3), William Waddington, A E Davies, and John Crockett Limited.
