Piece of land (lately forming part of the close of land surrendered by
William Umpleby to Richard Carter of Bilton with Harrogate, Gentleman,
John Richardson, Gentleman, since deceased, and Richard Ellis the Younger, Builder) staked off containing with the causeway on the E and the public foot-road on the N, 816 sq yds. Bounded N by property of
Mr Liversidge and by the termination of a road on the E by Station Parade on the S by Albert Place and on the W by other property recently bought by the above named from
Carter and Ellis and conveyed to them by surrender 16th February 1863.
