PRIMITIVE  METHODIST  CHAPEL

This is situated at the back of Westmoreland Street; and was built in 1856. It has no gallery, but seats rise one above another the same as in a gallery. It is capable of holding 200 persons. The pulpit is supplied by travelling preachers from the Ripon circuit.

Services are held on Sundays at two o'clock in the afternoon, and half-past six in the evening. This body of Methodists hold meetings occasionally on the open Stray during the summer months.
