HARROGATE  INFANT  SCHOOL

The building in which this school is conducted stands in the centre of the cluster of houses on the North side of Christ Church, called Church Square. It was built and, is carried on at the sole expense of William Sheepshanks, Esq, whose benevolent gifts and endowments we have often had to notice.

It is open to the children of residents in Harrogate, irrespective of circumstances, sex, or creed. The average number of children receiving instruction is 150.
