To my son Thomas Hutton of Newgate Street, London, £100.

To my son Benjamin Hutton £100.

To my daughter Mary Rhodes, the wife of Thomas Rhodes of Stainburn, £100.

To my daughter Sarah Knapton, the wife of Richard Knapton of Huby, £100.

To my daughter Elizabeth Bulock, the wife of Henry Bulock of Colne, 5s.

To my granddaughter Mary Bulock £40. To her sisters Ann Bulock and Lydia Bulock £19 15s each.

All legacies to my children and grandchildren to be paid after the death of my wife.

To my son William Hutton of Norwood all my real estate, chargeable with the annuity and legacies. Should he die without issue then the same to my heir in law with the additional charge of an annuity of £5 to Elizabeth Hutton, the wife of William.
