To my wife Sarah Jackson all my real and personal estate. At her death the same to my friends
John Bramley and Robert Bramley, of Clifton with Norwood, Upon Trust to sell and divide as follows :
One third to the children of my son Christopher Jackson.
One third to the children of my son John Jackson.
One third to my daughter Sarah Rutherfoord.
