To my wife Mary Metcalfe £20.
To my daughter Mary Metcalfe an annuity of 40s for her
education until she reaches 21, at which time she is to receive
£40.
Should she die before reaching 21 then £10 of the £40 to go
to my wife. £10 to my sister Mary Metcalfe.
Residue of my goods and chattels to my mother Jane Metcalfe
of Thornthwaite, whom I appoint Executrix.
