To my nephew Thomas Thackeray 5s.
To my nephew, Joseph Thackeray, my freehold house and
land in Hampsthwaite.
My nephew Joseph to pay my sister, Jane Thackeray,
the yearly rent of £4 10s; this being the moiety left her by my
brother Thomas Thackery.
My nephew Joseph to also pay to his brother, John
Thackeray, after the death of my sister Jane, out of
the freehold land, £10.
Residue of my goods, chattels, and personal estate, to my
nephew Joseph and my niece, Mary Baynes, and appoint
them Executors.
