My copyhold property in Felliscliffe to my son Thomas Simpson, chargeable with my debts and legacies.

To my wife Anne Simpson an annuity of 10s.

To my grandson Francis Wilks, £3 when he reaches 21.

To my granddaughters Mary Wilks and Elizabeth Wilks, £1 each when they reach 21.

My goods and chattels to my son Thomas, whom I appoint Executor.
