Knaresborough, Spinster

At the death of my mother, Mary Petty, I am entitled to the two copyhold houses in Gracious Street, Knaresborough, now occupied by John Leuty and William Newton.

I now give the property occupied by John Leuty to my brother, John Abbey, and at his death the same to my brother Thomas Abbey.

The other property I give to my brother Thomas.

I am also entitled to the household contents in the property I now cohabit with my mother. I give these to my brother Thomas.

The residue of my personal estate and effects I give o my mother, and appoint her Executrix.
