Thomas Petty - 20th November 1781 - U020

Hartwith, Parish of Kirby Malzeard, Smelter

All my real estate at Thruscross, now occupied by George Bramley and John Hardisty, to my brother William Petty of Padside, and my son-in-law Thomas Addiman of Hartwith, Upon Trust; also all my personal estate, goods and chattels; to sell and retain £5 for my grandson George Petty when he reaches 21.

If George dies before reaching 21 then the same equally amongst my daughter Hannah Addiman, wife of Thomas, and my daughter Elizabeth Coates, wife of William Coates.

All other Trust money to be divide amongst my two daughters.
