Thorp Green, Esquire

All my real estate to Richard Metcalfe of York, Esquire, Alderman of the City, Edmund Robinson of Thorp Green, and Edward Wolley of York, Gentleman, Upon Trust.

£40 to my servant William Knowlson. One years wages to each of my staff.

Residue of the Trust money, after specified legacies and annuities, to Edmund Robinson and his wife Jane Robinson.

An annuity of £200 to my cousin Robert Horsfield who is my heir in law.

£100 each to Richard Sutcliffe, Edmund Robinson, and Edward Wolley.

£3,000 each to Edmund Robinson and Jane Robinson.

£200 each to Mrs Metcalfe, wife of Richard, Mrs Clarke, sister of Mrs Metcalfe, Mrs Sarah Tillard, widow of the Rev Richard Tillard, and Rev Richard Tillard, her son.

£100 to Miss Elizabeth Metcalfe, daughter of Richard.

£20 to Rev William Croft of North Grimston.

£50 to Francis Hunt of York.

£50 to Robert Smithson of Great Ouseburn, formerly my servant.

The £100 to Edward Wolley is extra to the money I owe him.
