To my brother-in-law John Lofthouse of Moor Monkton, and my friend
William Knapton of Bishop Thornton all my estates Upon Trust to pay :
To my wife Elizabeth Ward £10.
To my six daughters, Elizabeth Ward, Ann Ward, Mary Ward, Dorothy Ward, Grace
Ward, and Bella Ward, £5 each.

The residue of my effects to my son Henry Ward.
All my real estate in the Parish of Farnham to my Trustees, the rents and profits to provide an annuity to my wife of £30. Also to pay each of my daughters £150 and a further £50 each after the death of my wife.
