To my daughter Ann Winteringham when she becomes 21 my real estate in Brearton. Should she die before 21 then the same to my son Thomas Winteringham.

To my wife the real estate until my daughter becomes 21.

To my daughter Elizabeth Winteringham £1 1s.

Remainder of my real and personal effects to my son Thomas Winteringham.

I appoint John Hawkridge of Brearton and George Halishaw of Burndgate as executors.
