The death occurred yesterday at Holy Trinity Vicarage, Knaresborough, of Beatrice, wife of the Rev F E Crankshaw, vicar of Holy Trinity Church for the past fifteen years. Mrs Crankshaw, who was in her fiftieth year, had only recently been suffering from nervous breakdown, her illness being of short duration. She is survived by a daughter and two sons, one of whom, Lieutenant Richard Crankshaw, is at the Front. The interment takes place at Knaresborough Cemetery on Friday.
